Your responsibilities

Customer Support – in case of an issue or an incident with our software, you are the one to take responsibility for client communication and be their support.
Incident evaluation – you handle incoming requests in a professional way by categorizing and engaging a clear communication. You find trends and root causes of issues by proactively monitoring error logs and system warnings.
Incident Management – based on evaluation, client's feedback, urgency and priority your daily goal is to coordinate with the Fincite teams to provide a timely solution and improve our services.
Third Party Providers – You are the communication point that ties the knot between service providers having an impact on our client’s production environment.
Support Process Improvements – You provide improvements and changes after the evaluation of the received feedback from all involved parties.
Process improvement and automation - You continuously improve the processes, explore new tools and automate actions to provide not only the simplest workflow possible, but also the best customer experience.

Your profile

Processes & Solutions – you have a passion for processes and are solution-oriented
Technical Knowledge – you have an understanding of error logs and technical implementations. Perfectly you already have experience in IT Project Management and a knowledge on DevOps
Soft skills – you know how to communicate with clients. You play you team player skills well, while being the coordinator between the teams
Language Skills – Excellent English skills, German would be a big plus
